eSIMs visualized with this simple animated GIF

Sometimes it’s hard to visualize new technology. Looking at the animated gif below you can see someone inserting a dual SIM card tray into an Android phone.

The concept of the eSIMs is similar in that you can think of one of the SIM card below as an eSIM. Ok it’s a bit of a stretch as it’s actual embedded in your phone but work with me peeps!

So with an eSIM you get to use two cards without the physical need for an extra SIM card!

Dual SIM phones allowed user to have two separate phone number. With eSIM you get the benefits of dual SIM without the need to have a second SIM card!
